Please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order if we have made an error by emailing email@example.com If you return the item(s) for a refund or a replacement due to our error, we will fully refund you the cost of return postage and offer you a refund or a replacement. Please return the faulty or incorrect item with the returns advice form enclosed in your original order, using a tracked service. If you no longer have the form, please email one of our team and we will be happy to send you another via email or post. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
