We offer FREE DELIVERY to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses on ALL PRODUCT ORDERS OVER £150.00 (Inc VAT) or if a VALID CLINIC CODE is entered at the checkout stage.
If no code is entered, a standard delivery charge of £5.20 (Inc VAT) will be added.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to Ireland on ALL ORDERS OVER £200.00 (Zero VAT) or if a VALID CLINIC CODE is entered at the checkout stage.
If no code is entered, a standard delivery charge of £10.00 will be added.
Depending on the value of your order, you may be charged customs and/or import fees once your parcel arrives. These fees must be paid by the customer receiving the products. For further information, please visit the An Post website www.anpost.com/customs If the fees are not paid, the goods maybe destroyed by customs. We do not accept any liability for replacing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the rest of the world
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day, provided we have your item in stock.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm for UK deliveries under 2Kg. If your order is over 2Kg, we use DPD couriers.
For orders going to Ireland, we use Royal Mail International Track & Trace, who pass to An Post. Delivery times are approximately 5 working days.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver on two occasions. If no one is available to sign for the order they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect the package from your local depot. If no attempt is made to collect, the goods will be returned to us and we will refund your original payment method for the products, but not the delivery charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the carrier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folders.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for orders that do not arrive within the above timeframes.
