We offer free delivery on all orders to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses with a valid clinic code. If no code is entered, a standard delivery charge of £5.20 will be added for Great Britain addresses and £8.00 for Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot refund delivery costs if no clinic code is entered when placing the order.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the Republic of Ireland or to the rest of the world.
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day providing we have your item in stock.
We send your parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Majority of our customers receive their order the next working day, however we would ask you wait 3 working days before contacting us to trace your parcel.
Returning faulty/incorrect product(s)
We hope that you are delighted with your Epionce order. We endeavour to give you the best possible service and delivery time, but mistakes can happen.
Please notify us if there have been any mistakes on our part as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you return the item(s) for a refund or a replacement due to an error on our part, we will fully refund you the cost of postage and offer you a refund or a replacement. Please return the faulty or incorrect item with the returns advice form enclosed in your original order. If you no longer have this, please email one of our team and we will be happy to send you another via email or post. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If you change your mind about a product and would like to return it for a replacement or refund, please send the item along with the returns advice form to our warehouse within 14 days, where a refund will be made against the original payment method used. We aim to process a refund within 5 working days of receiving the unused product and you will be notified by email when we have received the item. You are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the unwanted goods safely and in appropriate conditions. Please note, we cannot refund the postage charge for products returned to our warehouse due to change of mind.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used unless they are damaged or faulty. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.
Out of stock
We try to provide the best service for our customers by having all of our products in stock, however especially during busy periods such as Christmas our stock can run low. If you order a product which is out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service team members via email where you will be offered a refund or asked if you are happy to wait until the item is back in stock. If you choose to wait until the product is back in stock, we will notify you by email when the product is in our warehouse and an estimated despatch date for your order. Where possible, we will try to give you a time frame as to when we will be fully stocked with your requested item again.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
